Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd started her combat sports journey at age fourteen. She studied kickboxing, boxing and wrestling before she made her debut appearance as an amateur at WCFC with Jaimee Nievera. Ladd went on an impressive 3 fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat. In the three fights, she defeated her opponent right in the first round. Ladd went back to WCFC in order to defeat Leslie Rodriguez through a unanimous ruling. Aspen initially defeated Silvia Babyghian before going on to face Maddy Simmons at WCFC 9 in which she took on Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia defeated Aspen and defeated her in an unanimous decision. This put a black mark on Ladd's records in her amateur. Ladd was victorious in her subsequent fight against Roma Pawelek to improve to an 8-1 mark. Aspen became a professional in the year 2015 when she signed with Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta 11 saw her dominate Ana Carolina Vidal to score an KO early in the round. Invicta Fighting Championships 16: She took the following match against Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission via armbar. Aspen utilized her expertise in wrestling to knock out McGill via TKO in the third-round (elbows & punches). Aspen then fought Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18, weighing the catchweight (138.1lb) As Ladd was unable to reach her weight. However, Aspen was able to take on Hoy. She finished her with a TKO after the second round. Invicta FC, 21 was her last promotion fight. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks was a unanimous winner. Aspen Ladd's UFC debut was at UFC Fight Night 118 when she faced Lina Lansberg. She was a step ahead of Lina, and ground-and - hit her for a TKO win in the second round. In her next fight, she beat Tonya Evinger more convincingly. Ladd beat Evinger within the first minute and earned a reward for her performance on the night. Sijara Eubanks from Invicta FC was her opponent for an rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against Lee. This was her first major match.
